– Khảo sát hiện trạng công trình (nhà máy, văn phòng, building) (Conduct comprehensive site surveys of existing conditions (factories, offices, commercial buildings.).

– Đọc hiểu bản vẽ kỹ thuật (CAD/BIM) (Interpret and analyze technical blueprints (CAD/BIM).

– Đề xuất phương án thi công thực tế. (Propose practical implementation strategies based on on-site assessments.).

2. Thi công hệ thống – System Installation:

– Kéo cáp mạng, cáp quang, cáp điện nhẹ (Execute the cabling process for Network, Fiber Optic, and ELV systems.).
– Thi công theo sơ đồ thiết kế và tiêu chuẩn kỹ thuật (Perform installations in strict accordance with design schematics and technical benchmarks.).
Đảm bảo gọn gàng, an toàn, đúng chuẩn (Ensure all works are organized, safe, and compliant with industry standards.).

3. Lắp đặt và cấu hình cơ bản – Assembly & Basic Configuration:

– Bấm đầu dây mạng, đấu nối patch panel (Perform cable termination (RJ45) and Patch Panel integration.).

– Lắp đặt: tủ rack, camera, thiết bị mạng, access control, hệ thống AV và các công việc khác liên quan thi công, lắp đặt (Install physical hardware including: Server racks, CCTV cameras, networking equipment, access control systems, AV systems, and other related infrastructural components.).

4. Đo kiểm & bàn giao – Testing & Handover:

– Kiểm tra tín hiệu, test hệ thống (Conduct signal diagnostics and comprehensive system testing.).

– Hoàn công và bàn giao cho khách hàng (Facilitate the as-built documentation and formal handover process to clients.).

– Ghi nhận tài liệu kỹ thuật (Maintain accurate and systematic technical records.).

5. Bảo trì và xử lý sự cố – Maintenance & Troubleshooting:

– Sửa chữa hệ thống khi có lỗi (Diagnose and rectify system malfunctions or technical faults.).

– Bảo trì định kỳ theo yêu cầu (Execute periodic maintenance protocols as requested.).
